About

Lisa Long

Vocalist/musician/songwriter

The world of music has always been a part of Lisa Long's life.  Since the early age of four, when a toy trumpet and piano were given to her by her mother as gifts, Lisa's love of music has forever grown.  This life long passion has developed this gifted talent into an accomplished vocalist, musician, and aspiring song writer.

Lisa brings more than just a sound to her audience.  It's an experience that leaves one requesting more.  George Harrison of Beatles fame, wrote the music and lyrics to the song titled, "Something".  This is a most appropriate way of describing the musical experience  and aura of Lisa Long.   Her vocal and musical arrangements bring a mystical healing to one's body and soul.  A peaceful, easy feeling if you will.  There's something in the way Lisa moves an audience, something in her style, and something in her smile alone that leaves a wonderful feeling and joy to the hearts of her many fans.

Lisa has contributed her musical expertise to a music video for children.

So where ever Lisa appears on life's magical, musical journey give her a listen.  You are sure to find happiness in an evening well spent.

Life without music would be a life without sunshine” - Lisa Long

The Terrace At French Village

The Terrace At French Village, 6188 Hwy Y, French Village MO 63036

Lisa performs a unique solo act offering a blend of music ranging from country, classic rock, blues, soft rock, easy listening, oldies, jazz standards, & Christmas music when in season performed acoustically or with a full band sound for your listening or dancing pleasure.

The Terrace winery stands in the old Werner Home built in 1887. However, the focal point is the beautiful 150 foot waterfall and sprawling wooden decks for which the winery has been named. The concept behind The Terrace at French Village was simply to create a friendly yet upbeat atmosphere where guests could enjoy live music and our wonderful wines.

Harold Werner and his father planted his vineyard in the early 1890s. Every year, he proudly crafted 75 to 150 gallons of wine in his cellar, sharing freely with friends, family and neighbors and leaving his mark on southern Missouri history with a legacy of winemaking. Remarkably, a row of Werner’s historic grapevines survives today – and are still producing grapes – at The Terrace at French Village. The winery remains true to Werner’s passion for quality wine, and is a testament to the great pride Harold took in his vines.
